All Phase Plumbing

While installing the shut-off valve, either the plumber or his son stepped off one of the floor boards in my attic, and damaged the ceiling in the guest bathroom which is located directly below the water heater.  This caused some minor damage to the ceiling, which went unnoticed for one week by my wife and myself.  Since the only persons who have been in my attic for the past week were Mr. Williams and his helper (his son) and since both of them complained about losing their footing while up there, I have to assume that one of them was the cause of the damage.

Mr. Williams categorically denied causing the damage, and refuses to accept responsibility for causing same.  I would have recommended Mr. Williams before discovering the damage and his denial of causing same, but now, I cannot.

They are always fine. They are old school plumbing. They don't have as many of the modern technologies as far as cameras and scoping. They can fix your basic clog or if you needed drains moved.

This man was nicest guy and worked very hard to fix the tanks. He also did some other repairs that needed to be done that I had not noticed. He cleaned up everything perfectly.

Tom showed up on time. However when he diagnosed the problem he did not have the parts with him. He had to run to get the part that he needed to repair the toilet. Basically if he had the parts the job, would have taken an hour. However he charged me for an hour and half. Thinking back I wonder if that extra half hour was for travel.

Overall it was a good experience. The price ended up being higher than anticipated. They said $250-$300 for the faucet, but then other things needed to be done. The workman arrived after the timeframe given, but did call a few minutes after the elapsed timeframe to let me know he was on the way.

THEY ARE PROMPT, COURTEOUS AND FAIR. ABOVE ALL I BELIEVE THEY ARE HONEST.

OVERALL, EXPERIENCE WAS OK. THIS IS RENTAL PROPERTY, TENANTS DIDN'T COMPLAIN. HOWEVER, I SPECIFICALLY REQUESTED AN ESTIMATE OF WORK PRIOR TO DOING THE JOB ONCE THE PROBLEM WAS IDENTIFIED. HE COMPLETED THE JOB AND CHARGED ME WITHOUT GIVING ME AN ESTIMATE PRIOR TO STARTING THE WORK. IT WAS FRUSTRATING SINCE I AM NOT LOCATED IN THE CITY, ESPECIALLY GIVEN THE AMOUNT OF MONEY PLUMBERS CAN RUN.

TOM WAS ON TIME AND POLITE. HE DIDN'T HAVE ANY OF THE BALL-COCKS ON HIS TRUCK, SO HE RAN AND GOT SOME QUICKLY. HE WAS VERY REASONABLE AND DIDN'T CHARGE FOR LOOKING AT MY SLOW DRAINING BATHROOM SINK.

WE HAD ALSO USED THIS COMPANY TO REPAIR OTHER LEAKS AND PLUMBING ISSUES IN THE PAST AND HAVE ALWAYS BEEN PLEASED WITH THEIR PERSISTENCE IN CORRECTING THE PROBLEM. THIS MOST RECENT OCCASION WAS NO EXCEPTION.
