I left a message Sunday afternoon. I received a call back Monday before 8AM. The technician arrived that same morning. I received a text message before he arrived that showed his photo. He was professional and easy to communicate with. He had the appropriate part on his truck. He did not try to sell me anything. In fact, he advised me of a potential future problem, but did not even offer to fix it before necessary. The fees seemed reasonable.

This isn't the first time we've used this company and there's a reason why....great service at a reasonable price. We woke up to a non-working A/C on what is predicted to be the hottest day so far this year. Called Air Squad LLC to come check it out -- the lady that answered my call was friendly and efficient and set a 2-4pm service call. Approximately 30 minutes prior, my husband received a call from the tech letting him know he would be there at 2pm and he was right on time! David, the service tech, looked things over and immediately found a bad capacitor in our outside unit. He quickly repaired, then went inside to verify it was working and look everything else over while he was there. He found an issue with the blower not being installed properly which resulted in our unit not forcing out the proper amount of air -- he fixed this as well (at no additional cost, I might add) which means our system will run more efficiently this summer.

These guys are hard workers and honest. Through the years they've never tried to sell us anything we didn't need. They do great maintenance work and installation of new units. We'll be using them for years to come.
