Ace's Appliance Repair

Very poor customer service. Recently had a discrepancy with the company and it was not handled in a professional manner. The person handling the discrepancy did not admit to the incident nor seemed concerned when proof was presented. If I could, I would give no stars at all and will never recommend this business to anyone. Find another repair appliance company that holds a high standard of being honest and trustworthy. Unfortunately, Ace's Appliance Repair does not.

They charged me $190 to replace a $60 part for an apartment grade stove. I could of gotten a new one for $250. $70 was just to step into the apartment. Talk about a scam.

Cole was efficient and friendly. We have used Ace's Appliance in the past and will continue to do so in the future. I recommend their professional services.

Cole arrived within the appointment time window (2 hour window). He was friendly and professional. He anticipated the problem and brought the correct part. It was installed and  tested promptly. He even explained why the design was bad and would probably need to be replaced every 3-5 years.

They show up when they say they are going to. They completed the work very fast. They are very reasonable with price.

Same day response; Steve was excellent, knowledgeable and very responsive.

But I am planning to call them back because I ask them to check my high end refrigerator and I was please to know they new about it.

Ace's was extremely professional and completed the work in less than 30 minutes. They provide a one year warranty on the parts and labor they provide. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone needing fridge repair and will use them again for any other appliance repair issues I might have.

I was at an appliance parts store early 2011 to pick up an ice maker for the fridge that hubby was going to replace. Couple of service techs from Ace's were in the store and offered assitance to be sure I got the correct parts and knew how to install. I was able to install / repair the ice maker myself without hubby. I figured if these techs represented Ace's in that manner when not even involved with the repair they would be even more awesome if hired to do a repair so when the H2O began to trickle from the in door fridge dispenser I called Ace's. Steve came out 09/04/12 and diagnosed the problem but did not have part in stock. Steve was available to return in 2 days with part to install but we were not available until 09/10 at which time Steve returned, replaced part, checked it all out and everything works great. In fact the water dispenser dispenses better than it ever has even when brand new. Any future appliance repair needs will be put in the hands of Ace's.

They are horrible. It froze up and I lost 500 dollars worth of food. Do not use them.

The estimate was twice than what we paid for the refridgerator, so we decided to not go with the company. Overall, I was not satisfied that he did not contact me after our initial conversation to set up an appointment. I actually had to call him.

I was not happy about the price. They came last year and the year before so I knew about their price. They were good about explaining things in details so that I could understand. They give you an itemized quote before hand. They do good work. I would use them in the future.

the grate on the inside of my dryer cracked - and started making little pieces of plastic show up when I would dry clothes - and got worse - clothes started to snag on that piece. I had pre-ordered the part - so had it ready when the tech showed up - he knew exactly what to do, and I was thankful I didn't have to make the repair - I would not have been able to take apart the front, and then put it back together.

They are very professional. They tell you what's going on. I don't think they overcharge. They are just nice guys. The guy that owns the business was the one who came and did the repairs.

He was understanding and responsive, and come immediately to our aid. Many people can fix appliances, not many can perform their trade with the diplomacy and tact of ACE. I would not hesitate to use them in any appliance situation

I thought that they were exceptionally good in their work. Their prices were very fair and I felt that the worker that came to my home was very honest and hard working. I highly recommend them.
