I had a chance to buy an older piano but was unfamiliar with the brand. I contacted Justin and he told me about the brand and said he would be happy to take a look at it and give me his opinion at no cost. He showed up at the seller's location right on time, gave it a thorough check out and informed me that I was getting a very good deal. He moved it to my home and said to give the piano two weeks to adjust to the environment, humidity, etc. Then he returned, again right on time, and turned it for me. He has an extensive background in music, pianos, piano restoration, and is a very nice, honest men.

We called Justin to get a quote for moving a piano from a residence in Carrollton to our home in Plano. He offered us a good deal on the move and said he would tune the piano for only $65 more if we scheduled it at the same time. We were buying the piano used from a private party, so we asked Justin to be our advocate in evaluating the condition of the piano. He got there early to check it out, and he was moving it to our house on schedule. We asked him to come back two weeks later to tune it. He showed up right on time. He did a great job.
