It went very well. I sleep days, so he had full run of the place and I felt completely comfortable with him. I did not need to stay on him about anything. I have done a major remodel in 2 segments since 2006 and was left with a myriad of problems. I was not able because of my work at the time to be watchful and it cost me dearly. He is opinionated, but I found I could trust his opinions and just be quiet. He really knew what he was doing. He fixed problems I had had fixed many times before, but the work never held up. He has been at this a long time and there is wisdom in the years. I thought he was very adept at his bidding and I prefer that to hourly work because one does not have to be so watchful and it gives him freedom also. If you are looking for fast and furious you will not like Mitch. He is methodical and very thorough and very clean. He did not make a mess and before he would go to the next step of a project the step before was immaculately finished prepped and clean. I could wax poetic all day. If you have work to be done and want to not worry about it give him a call. He likes to talk.
