STEPHEN'S APPLIANCE

Description of Work: Stephen returned my call immediately. He apologized for not catching the original call as he was on with another customer. We scheduled for him to come to the house that afternoon. He was not on time - he was 5 minutes early! After diagnosing the issue with our Kenmore dishwasher, he explained how much the total cost would be for a new pump and pump motor. (My husband had looked at the dishwasher and thought this was the issue also). Stephen explained that cost of the parts and that I should look them up on-line to confirm that he was giving the exact purchase price for the parts - I did and he did not put a mark-up on the parts. We scheduled his return appointment for the actual repair as he did not have the exact pump and pump motor on his truck. Again, he was punctual, did the job, and cleaned up the area. He also told me that for better and longer use of our dishwasher, not to use liquid dishwasher soap or the gels as they can limit the life-span of the units - this little tidbit actually loses
