Moving
The day the movers were supposed to come, they never arrived. I then called them and they kept giving me excuses as to why they had not shown up. They told me they could not find the truck or the driver and a manger would call me back. I never heard from a manger and I had to make all attempts to keep in contact. I was told I would have to wait, and I called back and got hung up on. This in turn caused the people moving into our home with no place to stay, and we ended up having to rent our own trucks and move ourselves. I have never experienced something so unprofessional. I still have not received the money that is owed to me.
