I gave them 45 percent down to start. Since I have done business with them before we have built trust as to not have to be present for the work. When I got home from work the first day they had rolled up 650 sq ft of carpet and it was outside for me to hall off. All the wallpaper was down and the patching of the cracks were already in progress. These brothers work well together and able to make continued progress each day. Continued concern by them to leave our home as liveable as possible each day. Moving furniture away from the walls to work and back to normal at the end of day. It is that kind of concern that keeps me calling them back, they are happy only when your happy.

They came over promptly to go over my request for repair to sub flooring and tile installation. After we agreed to that portion of the work. I added paint and sheet rock work. Then I continued to change my direction into other trouble areas which they found to be no problem. We discussed prices and documented changes on the paperwork. Whenever I added my next idea they accepted it with enthusiasm because their only goal was my satisfaction with the work. My work schedule and home life was taken into consideration as not to inconvenience me. David and his brother were able to give me enough convidence in them that I gave them run of my home while I was at work. Nothing in my home that was not part of the project was touched. Their ability to put my house back into order, as much as possible at the end of the day was done. Including moving appliances in and out of my house multiple times to keep me from the laundry mat or staying in hotel during this large restoration was done without complaint. At the end of the project we were both happy with the outcome. They assured me that if I found anything that needed them to come back and fix they would. I will use David Pinson and his brother again to help me make my home the show place I would like it to be.
