He has always been on time and very reasonable. When I call him, he comes as soon as available.

He does my spring and fall. He has actually replaced both units during the last 20 years that we've lived here. When I was replacing the units, I did quite a bit of shopping around and his price was as good as anybody's. He is very reliable.

The work went well and unit working properly. Service was prompt and technicians were courteous. But, that was then.
Subsequent to that service, I called them several months later to inquire about an annual service contract for both of my HVAC units at my home and also my lake home. They were going to get back to me with pricing. Weeks went by and no call from them. I called again and left a message. That was not returned. They eventually answered on another phone call. She assured me she would call right back, but, alas, never called me.
Not sure what is going on with this company but I suspect they are experiencing some MAJOR problems and simply cannot be relied upon. A person is only as good as his word. They are flakes and should never be trusted. I advise anybody considering them for HVAC work to avoid them like the plague. Caveat emptor!

"Let me start by saying I did not know our company was a part of Angies list. But, never the less, a mistake is a mistake. My apologies to this gentleman, I remember him well, and really did want his business. We were going thru some growth in that time period, and for some reason or another, we evidently dropped the ball with him. I would like him to know that we are not flakes, I have been in business, successfully,since 1992, and have been a licensed contractor since 1986.We have hundreds of satisfied customers, and I guess I should steer them towards this site since we seem to be on it. Some of these customers have been with us from the very beginning.He may not be interested, and I will understand, but I would like to offer this gentleman a FREE 1 year service and maintenance plan, that I will write up and perform the work myself on each visit.All he has to do is call and if I don't answer the phone myself, please just ask for me.
