Overall, the pool came out well. There were numerous issues including a lot of frustration along the way. Most of the quality issues were resolved via a punch list process at the end. The owners are nice, but the company is disorganized and does not communicate well. In the end, I could not ever recommend this company to anyone in the future. There are plenty of other pool builders to choose from and I would encourage you to choose one that communicates well and stands by its customers.

Wet Pools is great!!!! At least compared to three other companies that I have tried to deal with as far as pool maintenance goes. When I called, they were very polite, acted like they wanted to have my business. The other pool places I have tried never made me feel like they wanted my business. I asked that they come after 1:30, and they actually came. The person doing the work was extremely nice and he was willing to answer all my questions!!! Without making me feel like he was hurried and had to get the job done. He actually made eye contact with me. This is the second time Wet Pools has provided service. The first was to repair a heat sensor that went bad. That repair went very well also. The person that did that work was very contentious also.

I'm not sure what has happened with Wet Pools. They built our pool and did our service when we had problems. This time I called them because our sweeper thing and lights were not working. They came out and left a note that and quot;the light is tripping the GFCI.and quot; That's it. So I called them and asked about the sweeper and what they would need to do about the light. I waited for a call and didn't receive one so after about a week I called them back. I was told that the booster pump needed to be replaced and the light possibly the fixture needed to be replaced. They said they would send me a quote which they did on 7/30. I responded right away that I wanted the work done, get me on the schedule and to let me know when they could do it. It's now 8/11 and I still haven't heard from them Needless to say I contacted another service provider who came out to take a look the same day I called which was a Friday and was here today (Monday morning) to complete the work.

I used a different builder at my old house and had a terrible experience. We chose Wet Pools for our new house and had a fantastic experience. They built a fantastic pool at a very fair price.

We had a fantastic experience with Wet Pools and we would highly recommend them to anyone. We researched and interviewed pool companies for about a year before we came across Wet Pools. As we found out in our research, you have to be very selective when hiring a pool company - resarching BBB, reading web forums and customer experiences, making sure the company was not previously operating under a different name and changing due to bad business practices, etc). That being said, we did our research with Wet Pools before the first contact - they had no complaints filed with the BBB, and we could not find a bad review for them anywhere. They are a family owned business, operating for more than 10 years (no name changes). Our ultimate decision in selecting Wet Pools was how they operate their business. They only use a select few well known and trusted contractors/vendors they have had long standing relationships with on their jobs. This is important because they do not take on more jobs that they can reasonably handle at one time to ensure that Doug or one of his equivalents can be at the job site every day to meet with the crew and verify the work orders are being carried out properly. They do not have to hire random contractors to rush a job just for the sale......It seems like a lot of the bad reviews out there for some other pool companies were for for this very reason. From the first contact they were professional and responsive. Our salesman Jack was extremely knowledgable and personable. We did not feel pressured in any way by him, and he was extremely patient with us and our questions. The initial bid was easily 10,000-15,000 less than any other bid we had received - no apparent hidden costs or unreasonable upgrades. We didn't get the impression they were going to nickel and dime us or suggest items well out of our budget, but Jack did spend a lot of time with us explaining the different equipment options, warranties, etc to make sure we were able to make an informed decision on the equipment and features we wanted for our pool. Once the details were ironed out, we signed the contract - and the final price ended up being very close - within 1-2k of the initial bid. Construction started on December 2, and was completed appx January 17. From the first day of the dig to completion - the crews they used were fast, efficient, professional. They would have work completed on schedule or ahead of schedule. Considering we had a two week hiatus basically over Christmas and New Years, the job was done quickly. During the entire project, we were constantly in touch with Doug - the owner, Joe - supervisor, or Danielle - construction and office manager. We never once felt like the job was not being managed properly. They were very good about addressing issues (very few) that came up, many times they were proactive and in touch with us in anticipation of an issue. Danielle was amazing and extremely patient with me throughout the entire process - she helped me so much with the design/materials selections, understood my vision for the look I was trying to achieve, and was always quick to respond (usually within minutes) of any emails or calls I made. She really was a pleasure to work with. As with any construction project we encountered a few hiccups - a tile manufacturer discontinued an item I had chosen, my original coping selection had to end up being changed because the company did not have enough marble to complete my order, and because it was coming from Italy and it's wintertime and slow season for building pools, they were not going to be able to fulfill my order for several weeks or months.... were notified by either Danielle or Doug when these things happened - and Danielle again was instrumental in helping me make new selections (and providing moral support when I was on the verge of a meltdown ; ) These setbacks that occurred were not in their control or a reflection of the service they provided... it was just part of the process.....as a matter of fact, due to these issues with the manufacturers, we ended up with other products that we were happier with anyway. Any additional requests or upgrades we requested were clearly quoted up front, with no surprise charges...we upgraded our coping, requested to have additional gas and electrical lines placed for future projects, and had additional drains placed. All work was done in a timely manner, the crews were polite and professional. Once plaster was in and the pool filled, they sent out one of their pool techs, Martin - out for about a week or so to check chemical levels, equipment, clean the pool, prepare our pumps, etc. This was all during the weeks we had the freezing temperatures - so it was good to know he was there to make sure everything was prepared. Martin was great to work with - he has been with Wet Pools for several years, is very knowledgable with all of the equipment and materials, and he always has a smile on his face. At the end, Doug scheduled a time to come to our house for a final inspection of the pool and equipment. He was pleasant as always - and we appreciated that he took the time to talk to us and make sure we had no outstanding issues, that all of our needs were met, and thanked us for building our pool with them. Wet Pools totally exceeded our expectations - and our pool/spa is Gorgeous!

Wet Pool was my pool maintenance company for many years, they did great work with repairs and weekly pool service. Not sure what direction the company has taken but the quality of the service is not the same.
My cleaning day and time was changed without even asking me, and even after that they would show up at whatever time they wanted, there was no set time of the day. Never able to speak to the owner concerning issues with the quality or lack of quality when it came to my pool maintenance. Would call and complain and nothing would be done to clarify the issues,
Once after several calls they sent someone else out to look at the poor job their pool tech had done and then wanted to charge me for the service call. Now remember they came out because I called complaining about the poor job the pool guy had done and my pool needed to be cleaned.
Office staff I dealt with was not very nice and would never let me speak to owner. Filters were not being cleaned as was agreed every 6 months, equipment was not being cleaned and looked after.
Their price also went up about 30%cle from one billing cycle to the next. I discontinued service after over 4 years and I never got a call from the owner to ask why I was unhappy with the service. So unprofessional

Wet Pools Inc did a wonderful job. They do remarkable work. They came for about seven thousand dollars cheaper than everyone else. They educated us on the different parts of the pool. He educated us on how to clean and maintain our pool as well. I will use them again in the future.

Wet Pool Service does great work at all levels. They made sure to involve us in all the building steps and took all our suggestions. It took three to four weeks to get completed and the pool looks wonderful. The crew did a great job of not tearing up any part of the yard that wasn't needed and when they left in the end, the whole yard was perfect. We were impressed with the entire process and are very happy with our pool.
