Reid came out initially to look at the job and give us an estimate.  His estimate was on the low end of other estimates we received.  On the day of the work, Reid called to let us know that they were on their way and approx. when they would arrive.  The plumbers arrived when they said they would.

The plumbers were skilled and did a fine job of installing the plumbing for our outdoor shower.  They had to retrofit the shower valve into and through the exterior brick wall and cut a hole through the brick wall.  They accomplished this and it looks great.

He arrived in the time window agreed upon and was in and out in 15 minutes.  We were assigned Westpoint by our home warranty company and paid a fixed fee of $65 as per our policy.

We actually had to wait for days while we could not flush the toilet and it was very unpleasant. They just said we cannot come now, we can come next week and that's really not satisfactory when you have an emergency situation.

When I moved in with new wife's townhome earlier this year, she had an RO water filter system installed under the sink which she did not use and wanted removed. The system had originally been installed incorrectly so she never trusted it and had not used it for two years. My wife had used Westpoint previously when she sold her old house so I called them to have them remove the system. Since there was a faucet for the system installed in our granite counter top next to the sink we decided we would just replace the RO system with a conventional dual-cartridge system from Aqua Pure. The work was done over two visits since I hadn't yet ordered the new system. The plumber who did the work was quick and did really nice work on both visits. Pricing was very reasonable and I will use Westpoint in the future for any of my plumbing needs. Good guys, honest and professional.

They showed up on time, went right to work solving the problem each time, clean work area, no problems, and they stand behind their work. Very responsive, thourough, and did not rush to complete to get to next job - Even offered a couple of tips on similar issues.

I called this company as they were assigned to me as part of my home warranty. On the first visit they did as little as possible to be able to say they "fixed" the faucet. They rinsed out the gasket and called it a day. The problem recurred within weeks, but I didn't want to spend an additional $60 for them to come out and do the same thing. For the second visit I called them out to replace a shower valve. The shower barely trickled water. Contractors and my son were at home when the plumber came to visit. They tell me he simply stood there, didn't test or fix anything, then went back to the warranty company and reported that, after his tests, he found nothing wrong. He, of course, demanded his $60 fee be paid. (Not a bad wage for 5 minutes of simply walking through the door). Suffice to say, I would NOT recommend this plumber unless you're okay with mediocre work and a "get-by" sense of professionalism.

The installation was more complicated than I could handle myself. It was actually a tad more complicated than the technician anticipated as well, he had to run back to the hardware store a couple times for different parts. Everything was installed well and in reasonable time given the complexity.

Westpoint's prices are very reasonable. They showed up on time. They were here when they said they were going to be here. They were able to do work that other companies I looked into couldn't do.
