The project went very well with the only delays pertaining to waiting on the fencing materials to be shipped.  This was the most recent and smallest project that Matt has done for us.  He has done two major remodels on two previous homes totally more than $30,000.  His finished product always seems to turn out better than I expected.  I suppose it would, as he has built multi-million dollar homes and remodeled them as well.  What's a little room addition and moving a wall or two for someone with his skill and knowledge?  I would never consider hiring anyone else for my small or large remodel or build projects.
