I hired them in March. My work is still not finished. I get a mailbox full on the main number. My shingles are not straight, they cut shingles on top of my roof singles. They ruined my above ground pool. They damaged my bay window. They left bare spots all over my ceiling. No insulation was ever put back. I have got plenty of pictures and recordings of conversations. Notice all the good reviews are from last year. This year they make promises no one keeps, no one shows up when you finally get a date from someone. I want my money back! they still have not even vented my water heater or furnace! .5 was the lowest I could give them. My opinion would be -5.

I was very pleased with the saleswoman, she was amazing She got a new roof approved with my insurance super quickly. Day of install they messed up the caulking around my skylight from all the banging. Called and they had someone out here to fix it rather quickly. Fast forward a year and half and we had a leak that ruined a wall and some wood flooring. The husband looked and noticed aboot was not properly installed. No biggie right? Mistakes happen! Called them and they sent someone out who tried to say they did not install boot wrong, that we pushed it up. Or plumber did. we have not had any plumbing work done. We have not had anybody in our attic or on our roof at all! Caught me, I totally pushed a boot up for no reason and damaged my brand new roof! That just does not sound good Told me they would fix it for $250.00! They wanted me to pay for their mistake! Again, mistakes happen, but its not ok when a mistake is made and they will not take responsibility for it and make it right! Get your money and run for the hills kinda company apparently. Absolutely disgusted.

Very professional. Work was delayed due to unexpected rain squalls for several days and Brian kept me informed along the way so I wasn’t left in the dark. In and out in a single day for a 30-square complete roof replacement. No mess left behind. I'm a very happy camper.

From start to finish, required permits, site inspections, communication with TWIA, everything was handled with clarity, timeliness, utmost professionalism, and genuine friendliness. It turned out to be one of our very best experiences ever in hiring a contractor. Even unexpected challenges during the completion of this job were handled quickly and without issue. Not only were they on time, prepared, right on budget, but they thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. We were happily surprised at how well it all went. We are absolutely thrilled with the quality of their work and even received compliments from the TWIA inspector on the roof! Thank you Michelle and WeatherShield Solutions for an excellent job! We highly recommend!
