Valley Wood & Tile

I never give bad reviews but Valley Wood & Tile is an exception. I hired them to upgrade my kitchen counter tops and tiles and I am disappointed with their customer service. Dino Barzinjee, the owner of this business, has a dominant negative attitude and refuses to accept mistakes made by his crew- such as water damage to my wood floor after they removed my kitchen sink. Entry tiles and transition molding were installed improperly. When I initially requested they screw back the face plates of my electric switches, he told me to do it myself although there were no holes after they put in the back splash tiles. Instead of the 5 days as promised, it took them 15 days to finish the work and only after several emails and text messages did they finally decided to fix the switches and moldings. The final day of the walk through, I once again showed Dino the improperly installed moldings to which he responded by walking out of the house stating, " I don't have time for this sh*t." I was informed that they have put several mechanic liens on houses, which further prove the poor customer service and workmanship of Dino and his team; I do not plan on using them in the future and would not recommend them to anybody.

Excellent service, on time, amazing look and finish. See photos on Facebook. Plan to have them do remaining wood floor installation for dining room, family room, and master bedroom. In addition, will have them replace tile installed by builder with new modern sexier tile and will have them also remodel master bathroom
