General Remodeling
The contractor completed 85% of painting but did not complete the stairway or the balusters. We had to bring in another contractor at our own expense and have never been refunded our money. Small claims court has awarded us a judgment against VL Milner and company (Vicki Milner). She is not responding to that judgment or phone calls, text messages or certified mail.
