William was referred to us by a family member, and to be honest I am not too high on referrals. I figured the least I can do is listen and give him a try; I am glad I did. We were quoted a REASONIBLE price, and he did not change that price once he saw what was needed. True North Plumbing recently replaced our main water line. Our old line sprung a leak and rather than try to find and repair the leak, my wife and I decided to just replace the entire line. True North responded quickly to phone calls and showed up exactly when they said they would. The quote they gave us for the work done didn't change after the work was completed. The price quote itself seemed fair and reasonable, but since we had a running leak, I did not have the time to price compare. My wife and I are very happy with the work done. True North ran one continuous line from the street to our house using plex piping. Other than two holes on either end of the lines, the trench was very narrowly dug so there was a minimal impact on our lawn and grass. The installed line has a 10 year labor and 25 year parts warranty If you need to replace your main water line, I can recommend True North Plumbing.
