My over all experience with Trinity Pool Company was horrible. I had called them with three problems, d.e. going into the pool, a leak in the Polaris pump, and air in the return lines. The only problem that they actually fixed was the leak in the Polaris pump. They claimed that replacing all of the filter grids would solve my problems, it did not! When I called and told them that the problem wasn't fixed they said they would come back out. No one showed up. They did come out one more time and pretty much scratched their heads over the continuing d.e. problem. They did indicate that it could be a suction problem. I have called again and they will not respond. I truly believe that they worked on the wrong piece of equipment, and that I didn't need to replace all eight filter grids.
