My A/C went out today (middle of August... Sunday morning... of course) and Brian (Owner) was recommended by a neighbor. When I called, I described the symptoms of the unit over the phone, and he told me what he thought it probably was. When I asked him how much it would cost he clearly explained how much it would cost was dependent on what was actually broken on the unit but gave me the price for the most likely scenarios . It turns out he was right on the over the phone diagnosis, and charged what he quoted, even though he had to use the more expensive capacitor due to the unit I had. He showed up when he said he would (on time), and was clean and professional.
He has everything I could ask for from an A/C guy. 1. On time2. Accurate Quotes (Honest AND knowledgeable) 3. Years of Experience (he teaches A/C repair in college)4. Nice guy (we chatted though the whole process)5. Put up with me being an engineer and asking what he was doing at each step.6. Clean and professional.
The part he installed has a five year warranty so i have peace of mind that the unit will keep running for a while.
I couldn't be more pleased. When my A/C went out I was concerned about finding the right person, and Brian was everything I wanted and more. Thanks Brian, I hope people read this and call you!
