Home Security System Service
The monitor broke down 3 times and the technician replaced it. It?s still not working properly and a year after the new one was installed, the technician came back out and had to make more repairs. He charged me for repairing the work and to pick it up and return it, in total $151.55. He said this was because the monitor was out of warranty and every time he came out he charged me! Every time he came out, it was not cheap and each time he would tell me that this usually cost more, but he?d give me a break. I asked him if I could take the monitor in for repairs to save money on the service charges and he said ?No? he was the only one who was allowed to take it.
