Heather's presentation made it easy to understand all the diffrent products and options. The 2 other service providers I met with did not explain what my options were as well as Heather did. She not only had the best selection of fabrics, but her pricing was by far the most competitive. I never even thought of getting bamboo shades until Heather presented the option of twin shades. I never knew you could have a blackout shade built into one headrail and control independently. The paint finish on my wood shutters look so good and match the trim perfectly. These shutters look 100% custom, and I am very pleased.
