Top Secret Techs came to the house and after an hour knew that my computer was going to have to go to the shop for some major work. I received four update calls and also to check on what could and probably couldn't be recovered. On the day they said it would be ready, it was. Would I use them again? OF COURSE, not only were they extremely knowledgeable but their prices are - frankly - the best in town.

Top Secret Techs were very professional and so helpful.  I told them I didn't need them to look at the MP3 player right away, but they still were able to fix this for me within a few days.  Again, it is a small, tight space that needed repairs - better left to the professionals!

I dropped my IPad2 on the concrete garage floor and the screen shattered and dented in the upper right hand corner. The tablet still worked and I researched if this could be replaced. Called Apple Store and they do not repair screens only replace the complete IPad. Found Top Secret Techs on Yelp and Angie's List. Filled out their form online and someone contacted me within 2 hours. They told me they had the screen in stock and could replace it the same day. I scheduled a time to meet them and they gave me a quote of $80 for parts and labor. This was a very reasonable price. I was going out of town that day and they assured me they would have it back by 3:00pm. I received a phone call at 1:30 letting me know it was ready for pickup. What a great experience after such a bad one when I dropped my IPad. Will definitely use their service again.
