The Parodi Team at Realty Associates Alfonso obtained a Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration with a Minor in Marketing from University of Lima. After several years of working in the mortgage side of real estate, it became clear that an opportunity to maximize his potential would be to use both his skills in analyzing financials and his ability to communicate with clients and reach agreement while becoming not only a Realtor but the best one he could be, was his new goal. In just three short years: Alfonso has quickly become a leading agent at Realty Associates in Houston which is home to over 1800 agents. He was awarded in the top 1% Buyer Agents among 32,000 agents and recognized by Houston Association of Realtors in 2012 ,2013 and 2014. He maintains the CRS Designee (Certified Residential Specialist ) and only those who have met certain educational and professional requirements are eligible. Currently less than 3% among 1 million agents nationwide carry this designation. Recently awarded the prestigious 20 Rising Stars under Age 40 by Next Generation of Realtors (Houston Association of Realtors) and named 2015, 2016 Top 250 Latino Agents in US by NAHREP. Worked with Luis Zelaya (member of team Parodi) as a buyer’s agent for the purchase of a new house. Luis was very responsive – quickly returned calls / texts and contacted listing agents so that appointments could be set up within the day. In addition, he provided listings of potential houses in the neighborhood and recent sales to help in determining a good purchase price. In addition to his professionalism, Luis took the time to understand the needs of my family including the needs of our children (Luis is both very personable and family oriented). I have worked with many real estate agents and the combination of Luis’s professionalism and personality / family orientation makes him one of the best. I have recommended Luis to others in my family to help in the purchase and sale of their houses.

In the beginning, we thought that we could sell our home ourselves. First, it took forever to get it presentable and we overpriced it. So, we decided to hire a realtor. Each was wonderful and honestly, we felt great about the first two, but we had agreed to meet Alfonso and boy are we glad we kept the appointment. Alfonso just impressed us. Compared to the other realtors he simply offered so much more! First on the list was a house stager who walked me though and told me each and everything to do, she also just started trimming a few bushes and spent over two hours working with me to make the place look better. Next, a service came and washed my roof! Then he organized an open-house and we immediately fielded 4 good offers, managed to negotiate two of them to good terms and closed finally on one. Alfonso simply took us by the hand through the process. It was as if someone just turned on a light switch. Before, we felt alone and overwhelmed suddenly there was a whole team there to help us. I know he has a lot of clients but I felt like I was his only client. No matter what issues we had he was personally available for us anytime. (Yes, even in the evening he answers text messages and on Saturday and Sunday at 7 or even 6 am) It felt like to me as if he doesn't take a break. We cannot recommend Alfonso and Team Parodi enough. For us the ending was even better. 10 days after our closing Hurricane Harvey hit Houston! If you are looking for a very organized and highly professional team Alfonso and Team Parodi are the group we recommend the most.

Flawlessly! Mr. Parodi is an outstanding Realtor. My experience with him in buying my first home was indeed a very positive one. He is professional, courteous, knowledgeable, patient, and personable. He gets things done quickly and stays on top of communication with you and other realtors, related companies, etc. He keeps his clients up to date on the housing market, tips on how to purchase or sell a home, and other tidbits you as a homeowner will need to know. I will always recommend him to anyone who needs a realtor and will procure his services in the future if needed. Even now after two years of being in my home, he is able to help me when I had questions about the Homestead Exemption. He even emailed me an informative video on what to do. Highly recommend!

Alfonso Parodi and his team go above and beyond for their customers! The presentation of what they will provide is just the beginning. He is available to answer all of your questions and concerns. And if he cannot answer for some reason (i.e., legal question), he will direct you to someone who can. He even came over to inspect the house prior to pictures. Extremely detailed oriented and organized. I highly recommend him and his team.

The team is very hands-on and treat you like one of the family. But when it comes to representing clients, they're the best! They were able to negotiate during our build and to get the best deal with tenants. Wouldn't use any other company for my real estate needs!!

Very well. Alfonso and his team were amazing. I've worked with a lot of realtors and these guys were on top of everything from getting my house leased quickly and then when went to sell they were very professional and knowledgeable. I especially liked the fact that they have lending experience so were able to help me choose the best candidate to sell my house to.
