Property Management
When we moved in we were given no information or orientation on moving in and information on our new apartments and ammenities. Only given one key. To get a second key it took 10 days. The apartment was not prepared for the move in. No lights and alot of repairs to be made. No cable or telephone readiness. The agent in Rossyln cant handle requests in a timely manner or without input of the admionistration Texas. In VA only one agent and one maintenance. Some repairs have not been fixed in the 14 days including mold in bathroom and broken toilet paper holder. No plan of action when customer service issues arise. Site manager even claim that they didnt know we were coming. One of their answwers was even the previous tenant didnt complain which is irrelevant and doesnt help anything.
