Things started well. Joe's generally pleasant and we were satisfied with the quality of the work. But as the job progressed, he came by less and less frequently and progress slowed. Every time there was some new excuse for why he couldn't work on our project. He eventually stopped coming and responding to messages. We tried to work with him and tried to get him to finish the job, but he never did. We're now trying to find someone else to complete the work he started. A sour finish to what was a good start.
