I have used them for years and he is always respectful; he takes his shoes off and does not mess up my floors. He also is very careful not to accidently spray my dog who follows him around the whole time he is here. He talks nicely to my dog and makes an effort to go in the garage and the attic to make sure I don't end up with wasp infestations and things. He has exterminated in four houses I have lived in and I will use him again in the future.

Spring Branch answered my call quickly and followed up with an estimate and application treatment. Their prices were very reasonable, and they explained the different pesticides and how chemicals need to be changed because the bugs build immunity to them. The treatment was scheduled as soon as a day and time were set, and the exterminator was on time. He quickly got rid of all the bugs, and I haven't had any problems since, so I use him on a regular basis.

JOHN HARTMAN WAS VERY HELPFUL AND POLITE. HE EXPLAINED THE PROBLEM VERY CLEARLY AND DID HIS BEST TO GIVE US A GOOD DEAL.
