Inspection went as expected, with some minor findings. The problem was with what was missed. Several things now costing me thousands of $ to fix. Some highlights: - "The roof is in pretty good shape and should last you another 15 years." Roofing company I hired to remove and patch satellite dishes: "You not only have an active leak, but the patio and addition roof angle is very shallow and should be roofed as a flat roof." - An active swarming termite infestation in the house. Do not trust his "termite check" to count for anything! - The air handler in the attic is installed incorrectly making it nearly impossible to service. It works, but if something happens with it, it will cost much more and will possibly just need to be replaced.
