I had my roof replaced by R&S Roofing. The entire process was painless and well communicated. From the competitive quote, follow-up afterward for any questions, the quick yet thorough job, to the completion of the city inspection. Remington handled all the details and was professional throughout. His crew was wonderful, cleaned daily, listened to questions. Also he handled the permit aspect, I didn't have to worry about it. I was nervous about our skylight, but the crew did an excellent job. Really it was a superb experience. Highly recommend R&S Roofing.

Our roof needed to be replaced, and we could wait no longer. After getting several estimates, we settled on R&S Roofing, very glad we did! Remington was great to work with and very responsive to our many questions. His crew were efficient hard-workers who got the job done within 3 days and cleaned up well. Any issues we had, Remington & his crew were quick to address them. Their rates were fairly comparable to other estimates we got, Their service & excellent work set them apart. They made the whole process as painless as could be, and our new roof has been looking & functioning great. Happy Home Owner.

Flat, Foam, or Single Ply Roofing Installation and Replacement
We had R&S Roofing replace the flat roof on our home. We had gotten multiple quotes from different roofers, but R&S Roofing was one of the most thorough at a competitive cost. Remington was great with communicating and explaining everything they were doing. The job was started and completed on schedule and took just 3 days. Tim from R and S Roofing is very thorough in assisting the claim, explaining the scope, consulting other issues before starting the work. He will help you understand, aware of other issues with your home way beyond just the roof. You hire him for the roof, but he will point out home issues that you need to know. The price is reasonable. And finished work is great. I will use his service again.
