Heating and Air Conditioning Service
I own a home where my father lives. It is 50 miles away from me. My 87 year old father called me after 6pm, on a Friday night, saying that it was 85 degrees in his house. I told him to call Rook, sure enough he said he would be there is 15 minutes. That makes his company a winner in my book, but there is more.
The A/C capacitor was bad, he had that part, but some sort of motor was out. He did not have that part, the earliest he could get it would be the next morning. Most of those big A/C companies would have been done with my father for the night. Rook went to his storage area and got something that would work as long as the hose ran on it. This guy definitely knows his stuff, and was creative in coming up with something that would keep my father from sweating it out tonight.
I have used him as my A/C guy for a long time, he has helped me out of several of those situations throughout the years. If you live close to the Katy area, this guy needs to be your A/C guy.
