Richard is by far the very best plumber I have ever used. I always call him to help me when I need a plumber. I was forced to use another plumber for an emergency call and was gouged on the price. Richard is so honest and has so much integrity that I never have to question whether or not I am being treated fairly. He goes above and beyond on his work. For example, I asked him to replace the flushing mechanism in my toilet - but he also took the tank off and acid washed it to remove the slight discoloration inside the tank! I couldn't believe how much effort he put into ensuring that his work is TOP quality. He never tries to sell me services I don't need. If he can repace a cheap O-ring to stop a leak, he will not sell you a new faucet. I wish all the service providers I have at my house were like Richard. His work ethic is the best I've seen.

I called Richard after receiving a quote from another plumbing company that wanted to repair the existing faucet controls or replace the whole system for a lot of money. They offered a discount if I joined their "club". I was not happy with them so saw an add for Richard and decided to call him. I explained my problem to Richard - when turning valve to get water to come out of shower head, the water still ran out of bath faucet too and water pressure in shower was low. Richard said he could fix that and quoted me a much lower price. I was pleasantly surprised when his bill was lower than what he quoted me! I would definately have him come back if I have any other plumbing problems. The new fixtures look nice and work great. I am happy with his work.

I call him for any plumbing related work. He is responsible. I trust him. He will tell me whether or not I need to do something. He will be honest about it and not try to over charge me if I do something I don?t need.

Richard did a great job repairing two toilets we have the upstairs of our house. I had previously had my dad, who I generally think can fix anything, look at one of these toilets to repair. After much time my father told me to turn off the toilet and forget about it since we never use the upstairs bathrooms. Well the other guest toilet upstairs stopped flushing so I called Richard who had done work for me on a rental property. He did an excellent job. He replaced two ball corks, 2 flappers and rebuilt the inner brass components of these original toilets. He also repaired some chipped porcelain in one toilet. I was very impressed. We had the option to replace these two toilets but I did not want to do as we are happy with the aesthetics of these toilets and did not want to contribute to the land fills.
