A representative from RWK responded quickly to review our situation - I am crestfallen from not remembering his name, but his integrity will long be remembered. He told us that full window replacement was overkill in our situation and recommended a different path for us. We are indebted to him for his honesty, selflessness and integrity.

Chris was the salesman I worked with. He did an excellent job during the quote to give me options and all of the information to make the decision. He gave me a written quote after calculating things at his office. He did not pressure me in any way.
The crew showed up on time and removed the old windows quickly and easily. They took off shoes in the carpeted areas and covered everything as they worked. The new windows fit well. They were installed and caulked with matching caulk. Everything looked great and the windows operate well.

Dan was very easy to work with and very accommodating of my schedule. The installers did a good job. I intend to use Katy Replacement Windows when I start to remodel more of my house.

We called on a Friday afternoon and the owners son answered,  and politely let us know his father was away and he would take a message and have him call us back. Within the hour, Dan called back and scheduled an appointment for that evening. We discussed our options, he was very polite, knowledgeable and did not pressure us to buy anything that night. We were exhausted from the other companies that came out to our home. They were pushy, stayed for hours..It was horrible.
We ended up call Dan after a couple days and decided to go with the Vista window. They are awesome, we noticed right away the difference in the street noise. The crew that came in was very professional, covered everything and took the windows out without breaking one. I was impressed.

I wanted to replace 12 windows in my home because my windows were old and not energy efficient.  After getting several estimates I decided to go with Replacement Windows of Katy. The price was good but the customer service was what was really great. In general, I don’t like dealing with salesmen, but this felt more like talking to my friend about what was best for my home and my budget. Dan took the time to explain everything from beginning to end and entertained all of my questions.  He was very knowledgeable and didn’t push anything on me.  Once I made the decision of what kind of windows I wanted, he sent me an estimate.  Then I let him know I wanted to go ahead with process, so his installer came out and measured again.  The contract was explained and signed, and windows ordered. Installation went smoothly, the workers were very professionaland did an excellent job.  The new windows were put in and all the old ones taken away and the mess cleaned up.  My home looks wonderful and I couldn’t have asked for anything more from a company.  This was truly an A+ experience.

The job was done in a very timely manner and very professionally.  We were very happy with the process of getting new windows.  Dan made it very clear and simple and offered us options that we were interested in (look, price level, etc) instead of trying to convince us to get something else.

Installers completed the job efficiently and quickly. They took extra care that no dust or debris remained when they finished. We are very pleased with our beautiful new windows and would highly recommend Replacement Windows of Katy.

Replacement Windows of Katy was wonderful! We made the appt and they showed up right on time with products to choose from, and a simple process of doing measurements and differences between the products. We didn't feel pressured in any way. When it came to the quote, we were able to work with them in what we could afford. There was no difficulty in the ordering process, and the installation appt went without hitch. The crew that was sent out was both courteous and knowlegable on getting our new windows put in. In fact, they had to cut out part of the rock wall on the side of our house, and we were happy with their quality there as well. 

I would (and have) raved to others about them, and trust this company's integrity. Solid people and product.

The windows arrived very quickly and were installed the next day.  The installer was extremely careful in covering our furniture and flooring and removing the old windows.  While there was some dust from cutting out the sheetrock, there wasn't a lot and the installer cleaned everything up very well.

Dan was so professional! His estimate was reasonable, the work was done in exactly the time he said and the crew he brought to install the windows were the most professional crew I have ever dealt with for home repairs! Dan followed up after it was finished and again later to make sure we were 100% satisfied-we were 200% satisfied! The windows are beautiful, we saw an immediate difference in the electric bills and less outside noise. I would never consider anyone else for window or door replacement!!!! They are the best in Houston! Don't waste your time with anyone else!!!

Sent a quote request email over their website on a Sunday and next day Dan was calling me with the quote. Prices are very reasonable.
