"This was a very low budget job and the customer did not want to repair the texture or sand and scrape the exterior durning the bid process. When the work was done his expectations went through the roof. This was also a permited job through the city and the customer was informed in advance that this will increase the time of the project, not to forget the city added to the scope of work by requiring additional repairs. I wish we could create a website to review customers. This work was so long ago and it is still fresh on my memory for how dificult this customer was to deal with."
