+ 3 moreHaving worked with a lot of remodelers, they come in at the top. I guess we always think that they are a little higher than they should be.
Description of Work: They remodeled a bathroom, replace carpet, paint, tile work, took care of leaking pipes. Basically a remodel job on the rental property.

+ -1 moreWe had several companies come and provide estimates to perform the work. We decided that Remodel & More would provide the best solution for what we were asking. I sent an email asking for a time to be scheduled for the work (explicitly stating what we wanted done) and got a reply more or less to the effect are you sure this is what your want done, not a reply offering dates and times. Called John several times to try to establish time and never got a call back. From our contact when John came out to give the estimate we liked what he said he would do and while the price wasn't the lowest it seemed to be very reasonable. And the reason it has been so long writing this, life interrupted what we were working on and I have just gotten back to locating someone to do the work.
Description of Work: Needed the master shower recaulked and some repair of grout.

+ -1 moreJohn was responsive but I would consider that his best strength. He had to go back and paint that exterior and interior several times. Unfortunately he took months to complete a job that he said would take him one month. Please do not trust his estimates. His price was high, but he had a few good ratings from the investment club website. He added items into the budget later that he could have identified.
Description of Work: The contractor is a turnkey service that I found out about through a real estate club. The company painted exterior, replaced siding, slight electrical work, slight plumbing. Basically, they made a home prepped to rent.
