I used Rainwell irrigation for 15 years with great joy.  They were prompt, professional, talented and fairly priced.  Then, Rich sold the company.  They still use the Rainwell name and phone number but it is by no means the same business.  When I last checked, Rich was still working for them.  And, if he (or one of his original employees) answers the service call, you will still get great service.  If not, you won't.  A random tech came to service my sprinkler.  I explained that a certain head kept popping off (after it had been replaced twice) and I thought the threads of the pipe in the ground must be worn.  He didn't listen and just replaced the head again - and charged me again.  A week later, it popped off.  I called and asked that Rich himself come to address the issue.  He did, but that's the last time I will ever use the company.  The rates are substantially higher since the sale and the quality is lacking.  I have happily recommended this company for years, but will no longer do so.

Sprinkler system was not functioning.  They diagnosed the issue, and made a prompt replacement of the system controller and set up the timers.  Price was very good.  Rainwell has always been very responsive when we needed our system tuned up.  Knocked one point on quality as they could have been more thorough this time in looking for leaky heads -- one of them was pretty bad that they missed.  They have been very thorough on prior visits.
