Basically as described above. Rick came at the job start to collect 50% in advance as listed to do per his bid. Each of the 4 steps listed above took a day, and then the crew recommended 2 more days before using the drive. I was very impressed with his 5 man crew who worked together very well, with friendly interaction, and each man able to do various jobs, thus their teamwork was impressive. The finishing took most of the third day with a nice satiny finish and approx. 3" smooth border around each section. I have no prior experience with this kind of work, but am very happy with how the job went and the final product.
