The owner, Troy Hogan, is a very nice, very professional gentleman which was why I kept his services longer than I should have.  The first time he came out to mow our yard, he did a pretty decent job so I agreed to use him on a weekly basis for $25 to mow, edge, weedeat and clean up, but no flowerbed weeding services or anything additional.  Our yard is fairly small so $25 is a fair price but maybe a little bit on the high side.  However, I do not mind paying extra for quality.  With that being said, the first time Troy mowed our yard was definitely the best time and after that, it went downhill.  The second time he came out was horrendous.  He did a good job edging and weedeating but his mower tore my yard to shreds.  Since I have a small yard, he had to use his smaller mower which looked to be quite literally 20+ years old and that was probably the reason for it tearing up my yard.  For whatever reason, this was not a problem the first time he came out but it was the second time so I told him that things would need to improve the following visit or I'd need to find someone else.  His third visit was a little bit better but still not great so I kept his services for two more weeks before I finally had to cancel because my yard looked terrible.  I very much liked Troy and the only advice I can give him is to buy a new mower.
