We could not have been happier. We knew nothing about pools. Shawn explained all of our options, the pros and cons of saltwater vs. chlorine, coping options, decking options, heating and lighting options, etc. Shawn took the plans he had for the previous owner of our house and customized them to our preferences, including a saltwater pool with a spa, brick coping, and stamped concrete decking. He worked within our budget, making sure to include our must have requests. We first contacted Shawn in February, broke ground in March, and were swimming in our pool by the end of April. Years later when I contacted him requesting the plans for my pool because my landscaper wanted them, he provided those gladly. Customer service and knowledge is impeccable. Shawn took the time to get to know my kids the needs and wants of my family.
