We purchased the package and our original appointment was scheduled for October 13th, I understand that times tend to be approximations but after a couple of hours of seeing no one and hearing nothing I called asking for an update - this voicemail never received a response on that day or any of the others that followed. I called again and left a voicemail that also went unanswered then called again trying to find out what happened. When I was able to speak with Kenny he seemed genuinely surprised about the no show no call and said he would call me back - that also didn't happen. More calls, more voicemail messages that were not returned or answered until another week passed with no resolution. On Monday, October 23rd I was finally able to have a conversation with Kenny that resulted in an offered appointment for the next day, so I rearrange my schedule to make it work. Tuesday October 24th comes and go turning out to be yet another no show no call. The call asking for an explanation and all subsequent voicemail messages still remain unanswered - no acknowledgement of the failure to deliver services, no apology, or offer to refund.

Kenny responded within minutes of me submitting my request to fix the leak in my roof. He and his crew came out on Labor Day to replace the missing shingles before it rained again. Excellent service.

Kenny is honest and great to deal with. He had a fair price at a time when many other companies were price gouging due to Hurricane Harvey recovery efforts. He fit me into his schedule on short notice and performed excellent work. Will definitely keep Kenny and his company in my contacts for future work. Thanks!!!

The owner, Kenny Diaz is an honest, hard working man. He has the best price out there.He went out of his way to meet my insurance adjuster and showed him the damaged shingles. He found lots of decking rot and replace it before installing the shingles. This was great! My insurance company paid for the roof. He also looked at my mother’s roof and said there is 2 to 3 years left, so she does not need a new roof yet. Wow, that is honesty! I have a rent house and he looked at that roof and said you are good for another 10 years. He installed roofs on some of my friends and gave them a better price that the other roofers. He uses a high quality roofing materials and the job was cleaned up. He shows up on time and does what he says he is going to do. I highly recommend Proxy Roofing.

Very well, they helped me through the whole prossess from claim filing to completion. I scheduled them to come on a Friday, left for work and when I got back I had a new roof. They did not leave a mess and the job was very well done.
