Proroofs Restoration

I had some hail damage from a storm in April. I'd tried calling and setting up appointments with other highly rated roofing companies and no one was showing up when they promised, everyone was just so busy! I was talking to my neighbor who'd just had his roof replaced and he recommended that I call his contractor, he was happy with the work they'd just done on his roof and had known the project manager for years. I called Stuart with ProRoofs Restoration he was out that day to take a look. He gave it to me straight, I have Allstate and they are hard to get to cover anything but he thought the damage was enough to warrant the new roof. I called and set up an appointment for the insurance adjuster to come out. Stuart was sure to be on site while he was here to show him all the problems he'd found. Thanks to his efforts, Allstate agreed to cover the roof, gutter, and drywall replacement. We worked together to put together a contract we could agree upon. I did not want to include my back patio because it needs to be replaced, not just replace the roof. We did add another section of gutters to help alleviate some of the issues with water drainage on my garage roof and added and solar attic vent. Stuart helped me get the information I needed for the HOA approval which I sent by email and was approved in just 2 days! ProRoofs was able to start the project within a few days. They took 2 days to remove and install the new roof. The workers were very nice and professional, they did a terrific job. Stuart and his gutter contractor came out a couple of days later to measure for the gutters, while there, he noticed a gas smell. He called me while I was out of town to let me know. I suspected it was my gas lamp out front that had been blown out by winds and rain from the previous night, he helped turn it off for me. Also, they noticed the insurance company didn't give me enough credit to replace all the gutters. I tried to reach out to the insurance company and they were slow to reply and it was as if they didn't even read what I'd said. Stuart called and talked to them personally and I got approved for all of my gutters being replaced. The insurance company did not include the downspouts but thanks to Stuart, they were now covered. The final part of my project included drywall repair and paint for water damage in my garage. We waited until there had been a couple of good rains before moving forward to ensure the new roof was good, which it was. The painters came out, replaced, repaired, and repainted the drywall. Stuart was not satisfied with the job performed so he asked them to make some corrections which they did. It looks way better than before. Doing an insurance claim repair isn't always easy, but ProRoofs did everything in their power to ensure everything was done quickly and correctly. I couldn't thank them enough, it was a great experience and I would highly recommend the ProRoofs team. They were always there to answer my concerns and questions, the project management side of this was superb! They went beyond my expectations.
