After speaking with Carrie in the office She assured me that they would get someone out immediately and redirected a tech that was in the area to my house. He quickly diagnosed the problem and walked me through every option and scenario with repairing my ac and replacing. We would love to replace the system as its well over 15 years old unfortunately we just dont have the money or credit. However the technician walked me through some repair options and adding a maintenance plan to get additional discounts helped immensely.
All in all not only were they professional but prompt and most of all honest. No sales gimmick and no tricks. Just good honest service. Would recommend time and time again.
