Price Right Service

We initially contracted Spartan Services for plumbing services and decided to contract them to continue to do work on an older family home that we are fixing up for a family member to live in.  They have been working on the project for over a year.  My family paid them up front for most of the work and we've got some of our monies worth.  Since about June, the responsiveness of the company has declined.  The fence and generator has not been installed, electrical work around the home hasn't been finished or permitted by the city, we did not receive proper information on the new air conditioning system and a few other minor things that are left undone.  Manny's wife recently visited the house over the weekend (9/24-9/25) to see what smaller things have not been taken care of.  She took note of those and said that she would get it taken care of.  They have done a lot of work for us on the home but have now stopped communicating with us.  We haven't been able to reach them by phone on all three numbers that we have been given.  All messages have gone unanswered.  It's tough to have an idea of where they are on the project or what needs to be done when they are not answering the phone or returning messages.  We would like for them to communicate with us about when these projects will be completed especially since most of the services have been paid for up front.
