+ -1 moreHeath Martinez kept putting off the work. Sent me a picture of a flat tire first day he was supposed to show up. Told me his girlfriend was in the hospital next day he was supposed to show. This guy kept trying to get me to file a claim with my insurance company for a new roof. I did not ever speak to him about a roof. I spoke to Heath Martinez who owns Platinum General Contractors out of Rockwall, Tx about moving a kitchen island and fixing a upstairs wall. Once he figured out I would not be filing a insurance claim He was a no show. I got with my HOA and they told me he had torn down several fences of peoples' homes and never finished the work. He had also put roofs on 1/2 of the houses he worked on and left ice chest all over the subdivision. DO NOT LET THIS GUY DO ANYTHING AT YOUR HOUSE. I have reported him to the national board of insurance and my HOA. Scam Artist/Con Man His business card says Platinum GC and he claims to be the project manager. His business card also says insurance specialist. his number is 214-536-7098.
Description of Work: Nothing. Heath Martinez came over gave me a quote. Came back the next day and left sheetrock and a ice chest and said his crew would be back the next day.
