*****WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER EXPERIENCED***
Ordered coworker a sympathy bouquet to be delivered her home.Delivered as promised......But WAS NOT WHAT WAS ORDERED.Looked like a 3 day old bouquet from the grocery store stuffed it a a vase...flowers missing etc.....
Went same day back to florist and the woman agreed after looking at picture it was not what was ordered, and we reviewed AGAIN the arrangement.and it was promised again for delivery.
Next day new flowers were delivered AND THE GRIEVING FAMILY WAS ASKED FOR THE OLD FLOWERS BACK!!!!!Can you imagine what the recipient must have been thinking?(THE SHOP JUSTIFIED THIS BY CALLING THE RECIPIENT FIRST AND TELLING HER)
And wouldn't you know the replacement was only marginally better...it did have some of the missing flowers but NO DESIGN WHAT SO EVER,,,,,,, JUST TIRED LOOKING AND HALF ASSED PUT TOGETHER. AND THEY REPO YOUR FLOWERS IF THEY MESS UP AND HAVE TO REMAKE THE CUSTOMER WHAT THEY ORDERED!
Save yourself money, time, frustration and embarrassment and
RUN......RUN......RUN....THE OTHER WAY.
I will post the the arrangement from the book and both arrangements that were sent, you judge for youself
