Perpetual's Flooring

It took them so long and they disrupted the entire house. So after 4 days, we had to move to a hotel where we stayed for 9 days. They removed tiles and did not put up a tent and there was white (very fine ) powder from the tile everywhere. It was on blinds, inside cabinets, on lights, and all the floors and drapes as well as appliances. Complete mess everywhere and all they had to do was tent it off. Left white caulking on a brown floor between the bathroom and hallway...All and all Emilio was very kind, but I could not wait for them to leave and it took way way way too long. Nine full days and then the wood was not glued down good. Flooring would make a popping sound where the glue was loose. Horrible experience.

Emilio and his team did a great job with my project (laminate throughout the entire house). Worked with my timeline and my budget. They showed up on time every day and finished the project quicker than I anticipated! I would use them again, great job!

They had to come back to finish a few details and it was difficult to get them to show up but once they did they completed the job very professionally .I especially liked the ability to contact the contractor anytime and get a quick reply.

DO NOT HIRE THIS CREW FOR TILE. My husband and I hired Perpetuals Flooring to do the tiling in our shower and bathroom floor. The first guy who came in did not line the tile to match at the corners so there were clear slopes in some of the lines. Moreover, on the second day, I came home to him reliving himself in our front yard! We worked with Emilio to have a second tiler come after the poor workmanship and professionalism of the first but, unfortunately, he was not much better. Our tiles sit uneven, the grout spacing is inconsistent and even the texture of the grout varies, showing a lack of attention to the details. This is AFTER the men took down and re-installed the tile TWICE! At this point, my husband and I have resolved to take down this sloppy work ourselves and hire someone else to redo this companys mistakes.

Very honest and very professional and very fair in cost . They repaired my hardwood floor and they also replaced / repaired tile for the house we are selling and buying . Emilio and his guys are a blessing !

The workers were EXCELLENT. Did exactly what they said they would do and were very quick about it. Looks fabulous and is the way it should have been done. These people are professionals and I would highly recommend them to ANYONE.

They installed new laminate in our entire home and it looks great. They take their time and do the job like they were doing their own home. Always on time and I would definitely use them for other projects.

Both the installation team and the management worked very hard to make sure our experience with Perpetual Flooring was a positive experience. They provide an excellent value for the work completed and I expect to hire them for my next flooring job. Even if your job is small I would recommend you reaching out to Perpetual Flooring to give you and estimate before tackling it your self. I was glad I did.
