I had an overgrown yard and they handled it very nicely.

Jose very helpful & his price for mowing and edging my lawn was what I expected to pay. So far, I would certainly recommend him to anyone looking for lawn service.

My lawn has never looked worse. I have never been so dissatisfied with a yard service company (person). I paid him to simply mow and weed eat my yard. He mowed the grass missing complete sections then where he chose to weed eat it looked like he played 1,2 skip a few. I wish I could post pictures here. When approaching him about the terrible job he did he proceeded to say, Well it is hard to do. He corrected nothing. He took money for a job he did not make good at. Choose someone else to choose anyone else, like an enterprising 10 years old.

He was quick to respond and complete work. Also flexible in able to arraign payment since I wasn't going to be home. Set up electronic payment for this and future payments via my online banking.

This is a family run business and the personal care and dedication they put into their work is wonderful! They obviously care about doing good work. The price was extremely reasonable too. I got 2 other estimates from bigger companies but their prices were ridiculous! So, I took a chance and hired Pepe Magic and I'm so glad I did! I will hire them again and recommend them to others for sure!

Jose was very nice. He and one other young man cut and edged my grass. I called on a Friday for same day service because I had out of town guests decide to visit at the last minute. Jose was able to make time for me which was greatly appreciated! I would hire Pepe Magic again.

Jose and his son are by far the best lawncare service I have had in years!! I have alot of landscaping and they know how to keep the curves of my landscaping as well as my grass has never looked so lush and thick since they started doing my lawn!! Quality of mowing and trimming was inconsistent. Also didn't show up for the first appointment to mow.

Jose did an awesome job with our lawn. My backyard looked horrible and I needed some help and direction on what to do. I only had $1,600 to spend and I wanted it to go as far as I could. He came out and re-sodded my backyard and planted a small flower bed in the backyard. It looks beautiful!!! he also cleaned up my front yard and always called and checked in to make sure he was doing what I wanted. I will use him in the future and recommend him to all of my friends...

Work was done as expected. Lawn was edged well and clippings were bagged. Best lawn manicure I have seen in a long time. I would highly recommend this service. Jose' went as far as suggesting tree trimming and other maintenance needed.
