OUR MAIN PURPOSE FOR GETTING HER HELP WAS TO GET THE BONUS MONEY PAID TO US BY OUR BANK - WE REALLY DIDN'T EXPECT HER TO DO MUCH AS WE HAD ALREADY CHOSEN THE HOUSE WE WANTED AND THE BUILDER. HOWEVER PATTI SEEMED TO GO OUT OF HER WAY, EVEN THE DAY AFTER SHE HAD A FAMILY FUNERAL. SHE WAS A WEALTH OF INFORMATION CONCERNING HOW TO PURCHASE THE HOUSE WE WANTED AND HELPED US GET SOME OF THE COST REDUCED. FURTHER, SHE HELPED US PERSONALLY BY RECOMMENDING BABY SITTERS, ETC, IN OUR NEW NEIGHBORHOOD. SHE EVEN HELD OUR BABY FOR US DURING OUR FIRST HOUSE INSPECTION. PATTI IS BOTH VERY PROFESSIONAL AND VERY PERSONABLE.
