We purchased a house that was built in 1982 with a heavy (ugly) textured ceiling and walls with noticeable repairs.  Steve was the only contractor willing to take on the project.  It helped that he lived in the neighborhood and repaired walls and ceilings on other houses in the neighborhood.  During the job he found seven layers of wall paper that he removed in the kitchen and
made several repairs to the sheet rock. Steve was easy to work with especially when we ran into problems that were not expected and not in the original scope of work.  Steve suggested replacing the recessed lighting with LED lighting on the 20 foot ceiling which was easy to do with the scaffolding already in place.  The walls looked so nice that some of the interior doors looked beat up.  Steve's crew sanded and spray- painted all of the original solid wood doors where they now look brand new.  At the end of the project Steve's crew cleaned the house and removed all the mess. When people walk in the house their first comment is how nice the walls and ceiling look.   We exceeded the original budget because we kept adding work to the original scope; however, it was well worth it.  The interior could easily pass for a house built in 2014.   Steve also refinished my front doors. Since he was unhappy with the outcome he came back and redid it to his utmost satisfaction?and ours.  Recently I had a leak on my ceiling. I did not know whom to call so I called him. He rushed over found the problem and steered me in the right direction to get it fixed.
I like his work and have no hesitation in using him for other projects. I recommend him highly to anyone who has similar projects in mind. He is reliable, imaginative, hard-working and easy to work with. He has a knack for finding the source of the problem and knows exactly what to fix and how to do it. He has done an outstanding job for us and, indeed, far exceeded our expectations. Here is a guy who is responsible, knowledgeable and always willing to go out of his way to help you, and I can assure you that he will exceed your expectation!

We knew this was going to be a huge job, a huge mess, and a huge inconvenience, but Steve and his crew, led by Jose, did a simply beautiful job.

I had used Steve to paint the outside of my house about 12 years ago and I was so impressed that I searched him out again for this job.  Steve's crew was very punctual and didn't disturb me as I worked from home.  I am extremely picky about how things are done and I found very few problems with their work.  Anytime I found a small issue, they fixed it immediately without questions.  They did an excellent job and I would use them again as well as refer them to my friends.

I had Steve stop by in January to give us an estimate for some work that we needed done.  I am sorry that I didn't know him before. He explained the different types of paint that he used for different areas, and actually warranties his work for four years.  He also has a website and Facebook page where you can see examples of work that he has done.
The crew arrived on time and cleaned up after they finished.  Steve himself came by and replaced the threshold, and now we can lock  the back screen door. 
We will definitely use him again for our painting needs, and he also does handyman work as well.

Steve's team did a great job painting our home. His crew has worked for Steve for many years and are were very considerate of our requirments.The team covered the floors before starting work and cleaned up every night.  My wife and I are pleased with their services.

I am very pleased with the recent exterior house painting work that Steve did for us.  The  work was started and finished promptly and the crew was very thorough and meticulous about the preparation of the wood and caulking.  Steve also handled replacement of several sections of the siding with Hardi-plank and re-stained and refinished our front door.  At all times the crew was conscientious and professional.  Steve's pricing was very competitive, the lowest bid of those that we received.  This is the second time we have used Steve, with the previous work done 13 years ago.  I have no hesitation in recommending Steve.

I rarely saw Steve, and dealt mainly with his crew. They stated that they were charging a premium price to coat the metal arches with vinegar, which they alleged would cause the paint to adhere better. They were generally courteous and on-time with only a few delays. Within 14 months, all the paint peeled off the metal in huge sheets, which we found in the yard. I have left 3 phone messages for Steve, as well as an email, and have had no response for 2.5 weeks. At one phone number, the voicemail box has been full the entire time. His answering service indicates that he will get right back to me, which he has not done.

The company did a wonderful job painting the house. They gave me a written quote ahead of time, which I thought was great; it was the cheapest of three companies. They also did all the caulking before the painting on the siding and windows. I have pets, and the workers didn't let them out of the back yard at any time. We were extremely pleased, and there was no mess either.

THEY WERE VERY POLITE AND HARD WORKERS. THEY FINISHED THE JOB IN 5 DAYS. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH THE END RESULT AND THEIR PRICES ARE VERY REASONABLE. I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM.
