Vacuum Cleaners
After getting a $35 estimate (that took a week to get) from another vacuum shop, I called P & R and got a quote over the phone for two scenarios: repair by splicing, or replace the cord ($25 max) I also got an estimate for the time it would take: 1 day for splice, or 2-4 days if he had to order a replacement cord. I took the power head in just before closing, and the repairman said he could splice the cord. It was ready the next day, looks great and works fine. Very honest, with very fair prices. I won't go anywhere else for future vacuum cleaner repairs or purchase.
