They did an excellent job. They cleaned my carpet, tile and my living room furniture. The technician was on time and very professional. The carpet had some stains in the bedroom that they were able to remove.

The service was just fine. They came out just a couple of days after the order was placed. There was a 7 dollar fee other than the 99 dollar big deal that I purchased. Very responsive, able to get someone out quickly, very accommodating. We have no complaints.

Excellent service! Arrived on time and explained exactly what was going to be done. No pressure to upgrade or perform additional work. The size was more than covered with the promotion, but that was shown when purchased and cost still ended up being very reasonable. Thanks.

In short, amazingly good cleaning. Price seemed high to me though. Every year I have a Super Bowl party and I have the living room and hallway cleaned. I've used several companies. I've used "Oops Carpet Cleaning" several times. They always did good for me, no problems. But based on poorer reviews of late, maybe their quality has gone down? As I said, they have always done good for me, but, my wife specifically wanted me to find a quick dry company and Oops is not. So I decided to give Oxy Fresh a try. To be honest, my initial impression was not so good. Let me explain. I'm used to people coming with big trucks and truck mounted equipment. The Oxi Fresh representative arrived in a car with hand equipment. He even asked me for hot water for his sprayer. Given that I'm used people bringing a literal truckload of steam, this was not at all impressive. I thought he was using a grocery store carpet cleaner or something! LOL. He did spend a lot of time working. I didn't watch, but it sounded like he was using a lot of elbow grease scrubbing. The Oops people with the big machine was a lot faster and no manual scrubbing. So I though, "well, at least he's working for his money, but, I should have called Oops, this just ain't going to cut it with my old, dirty carpet." So, when he was finished, I was genuinely shocked. Nobody has ever gotten the carpet this clean! And, it is like he "re-piled" or "fluffed" it or something. The heavy traffic area, even after cleaning by other companies, is dead and flat. After he finished, the heavy traffic areas was "alive and fluffy" again! I would have never believed it was possible. Now, the price was high I think. It was what I was quoted, so there was no surprise. But, I am certain that Oops and other companies charged me less. I get my large living room and hallway cleaned every year. Oops counts my living room as one room. Oxi Fresh counts large rooms as two rooms. So the total was about $160 when I usually pay less than $100.

Purchased on Angie's List. Technician began by saying I still owed for taxes because Angie's List coupon did not include. First time ever in all the deals I have purchased. I called Angie's List to confirm and while on phone Tech said he would waive the charge. Upon seeing floor, Tech said I had an acrylic based sealant on grout so he could not reseal since he used a water based sealant and if I wanted it done he needed a waiver signed saying there would be spotting and discoloration in places. I knew 3 of the rooms did not have any sealant at all (including the one he was looking at) as I had the tile installed 1.5 years ago and dog got dirt on it before I got around to sealing it. So I had decided to wait until I had it cleaned before sealing it and job got put off over a year. My impression was he didn't want to take the time to seal the floor and wanted the waiver so he wouldn't have to come back if he did a poor job. My wife being less cynical than I said no sealant means it gets dirty faster so repeat business. The floors came out well except 3 corners where it appears obvious he didn't put his cleaning wand all the way in. He also spilled dirty water on my white carpet outside the kids upstairs bathroom. The owner was very surprised and sent someone out to clean the carpet the day he was notified.

They never called to schedule appointment and when we contacted Angie's list, they suggested we call them up. By this time the "pre-holiday" cleaning was moot. We requested a refund.
Response from Oxi Fresh of Greater Houston
"Unfortunately, there was an error on Angie's List's end. We did not know that you purchased one of our deals. I spoke with Angie's List about this matter and it has been corrected. This error has impacted a few of our customers and we deeply apologize. After noticing the error, we have reached out to this customer and will continue to reach out to this customer."

Had Oxi Fresh come to my house and clean my Carpet and tile and Grout prior to my inlaws coming. The carpet looks great, and smells fresh. My upholstery definitely needed some freshening up, which they cleaned and my tile looks brand new. The tech was very professional and on-time. I will be hiring these guys next time I need this service.

Bad. Very bad. The technician, rather than cleaning the sofa, made it lot worse. He just wetted the sofa with cleaning solution and did not vacuum it off leaving a lot of white residue all over when it dried. He also tried to remove couple of really small, almost invisible spots and left it with huge messy spots. He basically ruined that chair. The technician had horrible attitude. Don't hire this service; it will ruin your sofa and possibly carpet.

Honestly, I would not recommend this company. I purchased a deal through Angie's List, which I've done plenty of times before and it was THE BIGGEST HASSLE! The customer service agent had no idea what I was talking about and couldn't understand what I wanted or what a "deal" was; finally after a LONG phone call and lots of hassle (trying to still charge me a service fee and extra for stairs on top of the deal), I got the appointment scheduled. Within a few hours, they called me back and begged me to change my date/time. I couldn't reschedule so they just ended up coming at 7am vs 8am. Ok, no big deal. When the guy got here, he immediately wanted to upcharge me for my stairs, even though I was assured that as long as there was no fine print in the deal and/or I didn't exceed my 1200 sqft maximum, I'd be fine. He called his boss and his boss ok'd him doing the stairs ("He's really strict! The strictest boss I've ever had."). During that conversation, I overheard him telling his boss that my carpets were "pretty clean", but despite that, after he cleaned he claimed that my carpets "reeked" of dog and that I had to purchase a odor killer for $45 ("I ordered too much so we're running a special!"). I hesitantly asked my husband about it and we agreed we didn't need it (I'm pregnant and EVERY smell annoys me so I would know if it smelled like dog, and it doesn't). So I figured it was over, he was leaving, but right before he writes me the final invoice, he says "Now all I'll need from you is taxes." WHAT???!!! Seriously. These guys never give up. I again looked over the deal and it says NOTHING about taxes extra. He claimed it was Angie's List' fault since they don't charge me taxes to purchase the deal and when I tried to explain to him how it works, he laughed and said "I'm just doing my job." I believe that if you have special terms, they HAVE to be listed in the fine print. Be fair, be honest. This type of service is not appreciated. Even though the job was completed satisfactory and they had availability in a short time frame, I would not recommend. I'm also a real estate agent and have clients always asking me for service providers, and I will not be recommending this company to them either.
