They did an excellent job of tearing out all of the old duct work and properly running brand new R-6 duct work throughout our house. All of our vents are now properly balanced and there is a dramatic difference in the comfort and humidity level of the house. The old duct work was full of holes and was leaking into the attic and sucking in all the attic humidity. The crew was very courteous and they did an excellent job of answering our questions and addressing any concerns we had. They cleaned up after themselves. We are very happy with their work and will definitely use them again in the future. Plus their price was 80% cheaper than what ARS had quoted. The only reason i give them a B on professionalism is because Oris doesn't speak very good English, but luckily his helpers were fluently bi-lingual, so i guess that's a B+
