At A Noble Service Appliance Repair, we charge a competitive estimate fee to come to your home and thoroughly diagnose your machine. Once we have assessed the appliance issue, we discuss with you the cost to repair your machine. If you approve the cost of repair, we waive the estimate fee and all you pay is repair cost. If you decide you do not want to go through with the repair or if you need some time to think, all you owe us at time of estimate are the fees outlined below for your service area. Had some issues with scheduling, but they worked with me to get over to look at the unit. After some diagnostics, determined it was the logic board. Replaced that and all is well. Would bring back to work on other appliances.

It was a complicated problem. When his repair didn't solve the problem he came out again and only charged us for the parts. We were very happy with his service.

When I called them they said do not unplug the refrigerator. When they came buy they said unplug it. They did a poor 2 minute coil brush and split.

Worked for about 6 months and started doing it again. Called the office and they sent someone else out to look at a repair that Justice had done. I called Justice and he said I had to have my recipt. The repair was for over $400. My cousin was at the house at the time and somehow it was misplaced. I feel that I was totally ripped off.

All went well. This took two visits. The first was to diagnose the washing machine problem. The cost for the first visit was applied to the repair which happened a few days later. When I mentioned an Angie's special on cleaning the refrigerator coils, the repairman did it right there and then without having to schedule another visit.

The technician was not wearing uniform and would not identify himself when asked. He said he was out of invoice and would send it via email. I have emailed the company a couple time and still have not received the invoice as they promised. However, they have already cashed my check.

"The coil clean preformed for [member name removed] was purchased via Angie's List as a Big Deal promotion. These types of promotions are paid directly to Angie's List in advance of service. Therefore, receipt should have been provided via Angie's List at time of transaction. Any emails were likely sent to Angie's List and not to service provider. We apologize for any misunderstanding."
