Excellent! From the very first contact, the service was nothing less than excellent. We had a visit from Peter and Eddie within a day of our first contact. They listened to our HOA regs and changed their plans to meet the requirements (nothing touching/attached to our structure). Peter and Eddie followed up the visit with email communciation within 3 working days with a design, estimate, and start date options. They adjusted the plans based on our feedback. Everything happened exactly as they said it would. They started on time and finished a day early. The structure is incredible strong and better than expected. Everything is aesthetically beautiful and nothing changed in price as the work began. As a plus - Peter and Eddie were incredibly nice guys who seemed more excited about the end result than even we are.
Our area is a small porch - not a large job for sure. However, Peter and Eddie performed like this was their first and only job. Which of course is hardly the case. Nelson's has been around for over 20 years and if you look at their online portfolio - it is evident they do much larger jobs on a regular basis.
